Returns and Exchanges
Effective from: January 2025
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
According to Latvian law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
How to return a product:
- Contact us by email: info@precunoliktava.lv
- Provide your order number and products to return
- Receive return instructions
- Send the product in original packaging
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Product must be unused and undamaged
- Proof of purchase must be included (invoice or order confirmation)
- All tags and labels must be intact
3. Non-returnable Products
- Products made to your specifications
- Hygiene products if packaging is opened
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Opened audio/video recordings or software
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Important: If the product is used or damaged, we may deduct the decrease in value from the refund amount.
5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except when:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was sent
- Product does not match the description
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt
- Send photos documenting the defect
- We will offer replacement or full refund
- Return costs in such cases are covered by us
7. Warranty
All products have a 2-year legal warranty according to EU consumer protection regulations.
Defects discovered within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.
8. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for another:
- Return the original product (see return process)
- Receive your refund
- Place a new order for the desired product
